Had jolly fun doing goat yoga this weekend and picking wild flowers. Going back next week for peaches and honey!

Delightful local family farm with delicious freestone peaches, cut flowers, seasonal pumpkins and adorable baby goats & chickens!! $10 for a 5lb container, very easy to pick. They have a huge gravel parking lot marked with a wood sign.

My daughter and I stopped today to cut flowers at the Bowen farm. They had a beautiful selection of cutting flowers that just made you smile! Penny, their Golden Retriever checked on us to make sure we had everything that we needed. The goats and chickens were just as friendly! It was a nice way to spend some time! We'll be back for peaches and Goat Yoga!!!

I had family in town from all over the country and wanted to offer them a different kind of experience. At just the time I was searching for something, a neighbor told me about goat yoga at the Bowen Family Farm in Webster. What a hoot it turned out to be! Our host Linda Bowen and our instructor Liza were so friendly and accommodating, and made this such a fun experience! The goats, Peaches and Ashoka, were adorable and visited with everyone during the session. Many pictures were taken during the session, with an opportunity for group photos with our new goat friends afterwards, as well as the chance to wander the grounds and visit with the other goats and the chickens. You can't help but feel better after this yoga class, and you will find yourself smiling and giggling as you interact with Peaches and Ashoka.
